Thank you for my cake Amah, Angkong, Uncles and Aunties! :) |
Time flies soo fast! We're now in the phase where she would much rather sit than lie down, or stand rather than sit down. At times she even wants to "walk" already! But of course we still have to take things slow...especially since our pediatrician said that it would be bad for her so we need to teach her to be patient, but how?
Nursing is still a breeze but I'm guessing it won't be as easy for long. Ever since she discovered that we have a TV, she keeps unlatching and rolling over backwards to take a peek at the tube! Hmm..mommy and daddy need to be more careful especially since it is advised that children below the age of two should not be exposed to media.
A lot has happened and lots still are happening! What I'm most happy about is that I have experienced my first mother's day --> the official one since she was still in my tummy in the previous year. Even if I haven't received a card or anything from my baby...I still feel so blessed to be entrusted with a baby such as her. If in the past I didn't fully understand how a child can become her mother's world, now I do. I'm so in love with our daughter that I can't help to tell her that over and over in a day! Sometimes hubby will give me the "Ang-O.A.-mo-na look" but I don't mind. I just want her to know and feel how much she is loved.
Happy fourth month my princess! As I always tell you, I'm so happy you're here and that you're the baby God gave us. Even though at times I don't know what to do with you when you cry and wail, I'm still thankful for you...every single day. We love you sooo much! :)
Soon on the blog: our Mother's Day celebration and Zara's Baptism Day. I'm so excited to blog about these and share our special days with you! :)
